Pathwise offers business leaders uniquely effective programs to transform individual, team, and organizational behaviors through immersive exploration and practice in graduate-level psychology. Developed and refined over the past fourteen years, Pathwise has been a part of transforming the business and personal lives of over three thousand senior business leaders on its way toward a positive cultural impact at over two hundred companies.
Pathwise sessions are led by experienced leaders with a background in psychology and human dynamics, and a deep understanding of the Pathwise approach.
Founded in 2006 by Todd Hollow-Bist, MA, PsyD, and Chad Hattrup, PhD, who remain co-CEOs and executive faculty, Pathwise has grown to include additional faculty including Seattle Area Director Endre Voros, Bay Area Director Paul Morris, and instructor Mahima Muralidharan.
Sessions are co-taught by industry leaders that have been through the program in its entirety and demonstrated an ability to support other leaders in their learning and development. Pathwise operations are led by COO Lisa Holman and Director of Product & Leadership Strategy Kim Saunders.
