Team
The Pathwise Team Program is a year-long immersive experience that brings team members together and builds a deep trust in the leader.
The Teams program works with 8-12 intact, cross-functional, or high potential individuals from within the same organization.
Teams that are a fit for Pathwise include participants (including the leader) who have experienced rare qualities of teamwork and want to bring that quality to their team. They also realize from experience that these levels of quality were earned by going through an intensive and humbling learning experience together. While these team experiences are often accidental, Pathwise creates this experience intentionally, fostering psychological safety through a carefully crafted learning process.
An advantage of the Team program is that it speeds up and amplifies the learning process and increases in cognitive level, because participants work with each other inside and outside of class sessions, sharing and practicing what they are learning together.
Through this the bar is organically raised, which often results in higher average team performance, healthy attrition, the attraction of new and quality people to the team, and the retention of top performers.
The Pathwise Team Program supports both geographically centralized and distributed teams. Team sessions can occur either virtually or in person. A team can choose a hybrid approach (including a mix of in-person and virtual sessions), but any single session is either in-person or virtual for all participants.
